Engagement

  1. Thank you for choosing to participate in this work. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Agreements, and that your participation together with these terms forms a shared understanding between you (the “Client”) and Rootstock.
  2. These services are offered through Rootstock by Beana Bern (the “Coach”) Coaching may address personal reflection, creative inquiry, relational exploration, or general conditions in the client’s personal and/or professional life. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. 
  3. Throughout the coaching relationship, conversations may be direct, personal, and exploratory in nature. For this work to be meaningful, the Coach may ask honest and sometimes challenging questions. Participation in this process is a choice, and clients are invited to engage in ways that feel supportive and aligned. This includes attending sessions as scheduled, allowing space for reflection and integration, and engaging with suggested materials or practices as invitations rather than requirements. 
  4. Private session offerings, unless otherwise agreed,  is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions using the provided scheduling link. Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom or Kajabi unless otherwise agreed to by both pirates. The number of sessions and duration of each session are outlined in the relevant offer. 
  5. If a coaching session begins late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be considered a completed session. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions as scheduled or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. 

Confidentiality

  1. We are committed to treating personal information shared in this work with care and respect. We also aim to manage personal information thoughtfully for the purposes of facilitating this work
  2. The coach commits to holding information shared in private sessions with discretion and care. 
  3. Private sessions may be recorded for coaching purposes only and, when applicable, shared with the client after the session. 
  4. For group offerings, participants agree that their presence may include audio or visual participation. Group spaces are held with an expectation of mutual respect and privacy. Participants agree not to record, share, or use the words, images, or likeness of others without consent. 



Time and Place

Payment for an offering entitles you to receive access to the elements described in that specific offer. This may include coaching sessions and access to digital materials associated with the offering. 

  1. Private Coaching Sessions with Rootstock as outlined in Offer.
  2. Access to some of Rootstock’s Digital Products.
  3. Group Sessions per month as outlined in your Offer.
  4. Private Group.
  5. Private coaching calls are to be booked in advance by you via the scheduling link. 
  6. You are invited to the Group Coaching calls which are a set schedule and can only be rescheduled by Rootstock. Advanced notice will be given to the group should Rootstock need to reschedule.  

Investment (USD)

  1. You agree to pay the investment outlined at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed upon by Rootstock. 
  2. Payments must be made using the methods specified at checkout. 
  3. Any applicable processing fees will be clearly indicated at time of purchase.

Refunds

  1. Unless a promotional rate or specific timeframe is stated at the time of purchase, clients have 24 hours from placing an order to contact Rootstock  to request a cancellation. After this period, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Rootstock Online, with care and clear communication. 
  2. Rootstock reserves the right to cancel or discontinue services if necessary, In such cases, refund considerations will be handled thoughtfully based on what has been delivered. 

Access to Ongoing Offerings:

Access to group calls, digital libraries, or ongoing resources is provided for the duration that the offering is actively held. “Ongoing” or “continuous” access does not imply perpetual availability. 

Rootstock reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue offerings as needed in response to capacity, the work itself, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes. 

Access to offerings is non-transferable

Disclosures

You Acknowledge:

  1. That neither the Coach nor Rootstock, nor any associate representatives provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. This work is educational, exploratory, and relational in nature. Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and integration, and are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed. 
  2. By participating in this offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Agreements.
